During the workshop, you’ll be guided to:

  1. Rate different areas of your life
    (with no pressure to “get it right”)

  2. Create your personal life wheel
    (a visual snapshot of where you are right now)

  3. Reflect gently
    (with prompts that support, not overwhelm)

  4. Choose 1–2 areas to focus on
    (no overhauling your entire life)

  5. Define one small, realistic next step
    (something your nervous system can actually handle)
